Starting weight = 212.6 lbs.
Ending weight = 212.0 lbs.
I lost just over half a pound for the week. My daily intake averages were very similar to the previous week, in which I lost two-tenths of a pound.
I haven’t got much to say except I’m tired of hanging around the 212 weight level.
Time to move on.
