On the off-chance that low-carb newbies are finding their way to this blog (against all logic given how far down it is on the low-carb blogging food-chain), I thought I should create a Resources page. You will see the link for the Resources page in the top-menu.
In truth, the Resources page can be useful to anyone, not just newbies. If nothing else, it gives some of my main sources (with an emphasis on those available on the Web). I am not intending the listings to be comprehensive, but rather selective. It’s no good to overwhelm people at the start.
The Resources page is a work-in-progress. I will be adding sections and links, refining my selections, and revising my notes about them. I’ll also try to keep the links up-dated; web addresses have been known to change or disappear! Right now, the page contains two sections. The first is entitled “Background and Foundations” and the second “Diets and Dietary Advice.”
The next section I plan to add is one for recipe resources.
