January was another month of little change for me. My weight edged up a pound or so, but I’m still down 15 pounds from this time last year, and more than 50 pounds from my all-time high.
Probably I should go back to weekly reviews of my average daily dietary intake. In general, I should blog more here. When I was losing the most, I was posting every day.

Keep going Jim . Down 50 from the top is no small accomplishment . Consider some 24 hr fasts – that may turn the system into less storage and higher metabolic rate. Do you have any thoughts on changing the type /source of fat you consume?
