Good. I have stunning news.
You can now listen to me go on about low-carb, high-fat eating and related issues on my very own podcast, The Low Carb Nugget.
Yes, I’m charging madly into the 21st Century, and you can charge with me. In fact, it would be good if you got a little out in front.
Three days a week, you can experience the voice that thrilled countless college students over a span of 30 years, often to the point that they passed out in class from sheer bliss. Or something. Some mornings, the whole back row was out.
It’s been said that my delivery could be compared to that of Garrison Keillor on A Prairie Home Companion if he were to have prepared for the show by taking a couple Valium.
Not that I’m taking drugs, mind you. I’m just naturally sedate.
The podcast is short-form, 3-5 minutes per episode. I’m working on the theory that less of me is plenty. The plan is to release new episodes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You can find it most places where the finer podcasts are found (see below).
Don’t worry, I won’t neglect this blog more than usual. In fact, I plan to raid the archives for material.
You can listen to The Low Carb Nugget on its homepage (www.lchfgazette.com), and read the transcript of each episode there if you like. That would be a lot like reading a post here, only with a mature male voice crooning in your ear.
You might like it.
But, even better, you could use one of the links below to listen to an episode or three (remember, they’re short), and then leave a review or a rating or whatever they call it.
I want you to be honest. But the most they allow is a five-star rating. So just do the best you can.
